Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. waja33 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately.
All information provided during registration is subject to the identity verification process as stipulated by waja33. The platform reserves the right to request additional supporting documents at any time for compliance, age verification, and fraud prevention purposes.
Platform Usage Responsibilities & Guidelines
As a user of the waja33 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all laws and regulations in force in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools of any kind to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to breach the security systems, servers, or networks associated with the waja33 platform.

Payment & Financial Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the waja33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including online banking through FPX, Boost and Touch 'n Go e-wallets, as well as debit and credit cards issued by financial institutions registered in Malaysia.
Deposits will be processed and credited to your account within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. For withdrawals, you are required to use the same payment method as your original deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by us. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to waja33's current policies and may change without prior notice.
All transactions are subject to standard verification procedures. Should any transaction be suspected of fraud or deemed invalid, waja33 reserves the right to suspend processing of that transaction pending the outcome of an investigation. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and held in the name of the registered user.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Waja33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms & Conditions, confirmed fraud, suspicious activity, requests from relevant authorities, or at our own discretion. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full.
To close your account at your own request, please contact our support team via the provided email address. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and all outstanding wagering requirements have been met.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, waja33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform. This includes but is not limited to service disruptions, technical failures, data loss, or the actions of third parties. waja33's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
